Lending Hearts v2 app for iPhone and iPad

Lending Hearts provides emotional and social support to children and young adults with cancer and their families through unique activities and community outreach.

Lending Hearts creates monthly experiences that provide a chance for creativity, feelings of companionship and community. This App will allow Lending Hearts families to connect at any time, from anywhere - regardless of time, distance or well-being. Through the App, we can share the focus of the organizations programming efforts of arts & culture, health & wellness and recreation with a continued focus on creativity and feelings of companionship and community. Users will feel part of a new world all of their own, to express themselves through creativity and game play, encourage each other and learn.

The Lending Hearts App takes players out of this world and into a new galaxy. Users can customize their own planet that revolves around the Lending Hearts Star. They can also visit other planets and the Lending Hearts Star. The Lending Hearts Star is home to the Gallery, News Board and Wishing Volcano.

Players can unlock items to add to their planet by playing the star tapping mini game. Tap the stars to gain points. The more stars a player taps, the more stars they have to make their own constellations. Creativity is expressed through these constellations and displayed in the Lending Hearts Star Gallery.

To ensure feelings of companionship, players can send gifts to other players. The Wishing Volcano ties together community. Players contribute together to the common goal of the Lending Hearts Universe by playing the star tapping mini game. When the volcano progress bar is filled, everyone in the community reaps the rewards. Presents are unlocked for all players. The trophy icon displays the leader board.
